Return Eligibility Window
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging, unopened (if sealed).
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been clearly used, played with, or damaged by the customer.
- Items sold as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or provide store credit, depending on the situation).
- Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery). We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
